Zero Tolerance Policy

DEW Interactive Ltd strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) across PIC: Partner In Crime Dating and all affiliated services. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any behavior, content, or communication that endangers minors.

1. Strict Age Requirement (18+)

PIC: Partner In Crime Dating is strictly designed and operated as an adult platform.

• All users must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the service.

• Explicit age-verification and declaration gates are enforced during account onboarding.

• Any profile found to belong to, depict, or solicit a minor will be immediately and permanently terminated.

2. Absolute Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

We strictly forbid:

• Uploading, displaying, sharing, storing, or transmitting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any imagery/media depicting minors in sexually suggestive, inappropriate, or explicit contexts.

• Grooming, soliciting, exploiting, or facilitating sexual interactions with or concerning minors.

• Distributing, linking to, or encouraging the exchange of illegal or abusive material involving minors.

3. Detection, Enforcement, and Incident Response

DEW Interactive Ltd actively enforces safety and compliance through the following measures:

• Immediate Removal: Any content flagged, identified, or suspected of violating our CSAE/CSAM standards is taken down immediately.

• Account Revocation & Blacklisting: Any user attempting to upload, share, or solicit prohibited content faces immediate and permanent revocation of their account, credentials, and device identifiers.

• Statutory Law Enforcement Reporting: In strict compliance with regional and international legal obligations, DEW Interactive Ltd preserves relevant audit data and reports all detected CSAM/CSAE incidents directly to law enforcement authorities and international clearinghouses, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

4. In-App User Reporting and Blocking Tools

Users have direct, accessible reporting mechanisms across the entire user experience:

• Swipe Discovery Flagging: Every discovery card features a direct Red Flag reporting action allowing users to instantly flag suspicious profiles, which immediately hides and blocks the subject profile.

• In-Chat Incident Reporting: Real-time messaging interfaces include direct reporting tools to flag inappropriate communication or unwanted media.

• Operator Moderation Dashboard: All user-submitted safety reports automatically feed into our prioritized safety ticket stream for operator review and enforcement.
